The Road To Turkey Refund Policy

At Road To Turkey, we always sympathize with our amazing customers and will always support them with our services however we can. This Refund Policy states all the circumstances in which a possible refund can be made. Keep in mind some of these scenarios are general, and may or may not apply to your specific situation. In which please get in contact with us via our platforms to know if you apply for a refund.

1. Refunding a Complete Package

            There are certain criteria that must be met when applying for a complete package refund. A complete package consists of an airline ticket, hotel booking, and a tourism package. In general, if we are informed of a refund prior to making any reservation, the chances of you qualifying for a refund greatly increase. For more information, please get in contact with us.

2. Refunding a Hotel Booking

            Every hotel has different refund policies. We cannot state any general rules, every application is dealt with differently. For more information, check your hotel’s refund policy and/or please get in contact with us.

3. Refunding a Trip or Tourism Package

            We can completely refund an independent trip or complete tourism package in Turkey as long as we have been informed 2-3 days prior to its launch.

Note: Tourism package is defined as a booking for trips in Turkey without a hotel/airline reservation.

4. Refund under Abnormal Circumstances

            If any abnormalities occur such as sickness, personal matters, etc. during your stay in Turkey, we may be able to refund part of the trips under short notice. Or in the case of not being able to make it to a trip, you may qualify for a partial refund. It is in your best interest to inform us 2-3 days prior, to get the full refund.

5. Package Change during Your Stay

            You may want to change certain aspects of your package while you are in Turkey. In the case of requesting changes to your tourism plan, this can be done as long as we are informed 2-3 days prior to make said change with no extra charges. Changes done under short notice will result in extra fees. If hotel changes are requested, payment of fees will be necessary.

6. Package Dissatisfaction

            Dissatisfaction with any package due to issues on our part, will be compensated accordingly. If anything isn’t up to standard please inform us immediately, and we will do everything in our power to put you at ease.

7. Independent Travelers, Hotel or Airplane Ticket

            Travelers that booked a hotel or airplane ticket independently cannot ask for any compensation for any issues with their hotel or airplane ticket booking. If you did not book your hotel or airplane ticket through us, we cannot help you.

Terms

  • All refunds will be done in cash in Turkey, or via Canadian e-bank transfer, no in-store credit.
  • Partial refunds for Tourism packages are up to 50%, and in the case of missing the 2-3 day full refund window. The more abrupt and closer to the launch date, the less we can refund.
  • Package change fees are applicable to short notice changes. Fees depend on what part of the package is being changed.
